Vidhan Soudha, Belgaum

The last stretch is a little bumpy. Please do avoid NH 4A & the connecting SH.
Accessibility is simple and the nearest city for stopover is Belgaum. While you are in Belgaum and if its Sunrise or after Sunset, do stop at Vidhan Soudha.

Main Attractions

• White water rafting on Kali river (It mostly does not happen on Sundays!! Reason - Power is not on demand)
• Kayaking - Try splashing water on each other using the oars. Trust me its fun!! Dont worry if your kayak overturns. You are safe in those life jackets!
• Jungle Safari - Consider yourself lucky to find animals.
• Hornbills - These birds are the main attraction of Dandeli with many types of hornbills residing in the region.
• Waterfalls - There are  bunch of waterfalls around, you may choose a couple to visit as per your route.

• Kaadu Mane* (Jungle House) - Herbal Tea, Herbal Bath, pretty much like your own village home. The owner and naturist/conversationalist/caretaker Narasimha Bhat is really good.

Herbal Tea, Dosa, Hot Kokam, Simple sumptuous food, You'll can order in snacks while you are at the bonfire.
